Meditating has a wide range of physical, mental and emotional health benefits. Numerous studies have been done to prove this. If you’re interested in learning more, a simple Google search will turn up dozens of fascinating studies about the benefits of meditation.
One of my favorite side effects of meditation is boosting my energy. I find that when I let go of the day’s stresses, I discover a newfound energy within myself.
Imagine your energy like an inflated tire and every time you worry or stress over something, you poke a hole in that tire.
Some of us have hundreds of little holes in our tires from the numerous minor stresses of the day. Others have a few stresses but pour a lot of their energy into it by complaining and focusing on that particular issue. Either way, you’re draining your energy.
